This in-depth intensive examines peptide applications from a systems biology perspective — how peptide and supplement strategies may influence interconnected pathways involving the immune system, gut barrier, mitochondria, inflammation, tissue repair, neuroendocrine signaling, and recovery.

Rather than treating peptides as single-action tools, Jim guides attendees through a broader framework for how biological systems communicate and adapt: peptide categories, supportive supplement strategies, patient-pattern recognition, sequencing, and clinical reasoning for personalized application.
